Test drive our wood fired oven!

The beauty of selling something like wood fired ovens is that I get to “test” our burn unit.

A couple days per week, usually just before the end of the day we fire up our Model B outdoor wood burning oven and have a mini feast. Typically this consists of meats such as steak, chicken, tenderloin etc. and then a handful of us here at our store hang around and give our opinions on what we feel was the best thing we cooked that day. I know. It’s a tough job!

The food tastes very good when it is cooked in the wood fired oven so we thought it would be a good idea to allow people to test drive the oven themselves. The perfect sales tool!

So if you are interested in purchasing one of our models and would like to come to Agawam and do a little wood fired oven cooking you are more than welcome!

We do have some rules for testing out our oven:

Email info@outdoorwoodfiredovens.com with the subject “test Drive” and include your name, address, phone number and what you would like to cook and we’ll give you a call to set up a day/time.
We don’t mind you bringing a friend or your spouse to test drive with you but please limit you’re entourage to 3 people.
Since there is a chance there will be other people test driving at the same time bring some extra food. Ideally, others will have different food to share.
Please bring whatever you need to prepare your food and cook in (if it is not going straight on the pizza stone or cooking grate). Although we have some utensils, paper plates, napkins etc. we do not have a fully stocked kitchen.
We do not cook in the rain. If it looks like it is going to rain on the day your are coming to cook please give us a call to see if it is still on.
